Boutique Condo Includes an indoor ballroom

The following guidelines define the bookings and use of the Boutique Condo:

All bookings of weddings and events at the Boutique Condo are booked on a first come, first serve basis. To book a Saturday beach wedding you must have a minimum of 50 guests. A minimum number of rooms are required to rent the meeting facilities at the Boutique Condo.


Room Minimum Guideline:

5-25 Guests = 3 Rooms Required
26-50 Guests = 6 Rooms Required
51-75 Guests = 9 Rooms Required
76-100 Guests = 12 Rooms Required
101-150 Guests = 18 Rooms Required
151-200 Guests = 25 Rooms Required

Rooms may be any size but do require a three night minimum stay.

**If minimum room requirement is not met the charge for use of the beach for ceremony is $1500.00**


Wedding and Event Venue Locations:

The West Deck = $1000/day

Rental includes the Ballroom in case of inclement weather. Quiet time on the pool deck is 10pm all events must end at this time as to not disturb other guests staying at the resort.

Ballroom (2000 square feet) = $700/day

Pricing includes rental of table linens and skirting. Seat covers are available for an additional charge of $2.00 per cover. Dance floor is available for an additional $400.

Payment and Cancellations

Set-up may begin at 8am the day of the event. The full rental fee is due within 30 days of booking. If the event is cancelled outside 60 days of arrival you will receive a refund of the rental minus a $100 cancellation fee. Events cancelled within 60 days of arrival will forfeit full rental fee.

Outside vendors may be used for catering, photography, decorations, ceremony, florist and wedding cake.
